How $POKEDROP works

From a trade to a card in a bagworker's wallet, in five stops.

  1. Route 1

    Trade $POKEDROP

Every buy and sell of $POKEDROP pays a small creator fee, and all of it goes to the vault wallet.

  2. Route 2

    Fees fill the vault

The vault wallet holds the fees until they're spent. Its address is public, so anyone can watch it.

  3. Route 3

    The vault buys slabs

The fees buy real graded Pokémon cards on Collector Crypt. Each one lands in the box the moment it's bought.

  4. Route 4

    Bagworkers post memes

Make a $POKEDROP meme and post it with your Solana wallet address. That's your entry.

  5. Route 5

    Cards drop

The vault sends cards straight to bagworkers' wallets. Nothing to claim, connect or sign.

What's in a slab?

Every card in the box is a real Pokémon card you own on Solana. Here's what that means, with Mega Scrafty ex from the vault as the example.

Graded
A grading company checked the card, scored it from 1 to 10 and sealed it in a tamper-evident case with a cert number anyone can look up.
CGC GEM MINT 10, cert 6162863129
Vaulted
The real slab sits in Collector Crypt's insured vault, so it never gets lost or bent in the mail.
Insured for $13
On-chain
The card lives in your wallet as a token on Solana. Keep it, trade it, or redeem it to have the slab shipped to you.

Questions

The short answers to what new bagworkers ask most.

Where does the money for the cards come from?

Creator fees. Every $POKEDROP trade pays a small fee to the coin's creator wallet, and that wallet is the vault. It spends the fees on cards, and every fee and every purchase can be followed on Solscan.

Are these real Pokémon cards?

Yes. Each one is a physical card graded by a company like PSA or CGC and sealed in a slab. Collector Crypt keeps the slab in an insured vault and puts a token for it on Solana. Whoever holds the token owns the card.

How do I catch one?

Post a $POKEDROP meme with your Solana wallet address in the post. Cards drop to bagworkers who do. Paste your address into the trainer card lookup on this page to see if one has landed.

Do I have to claim it?

No. The card is sent straight to the wallet in your post. You don't claim it, connect anything or sign anything.

Where will I see my card?

Under collectibles in any Solana wallet that shows them, like Phantom or Solflare, and on your trainer card here.

Can I sell it, or get the real card?

It's yours. Keep it, list it on Collector Crypt's marketplace, or redeem it through Collector Crypt to have the slab shipped to you.

How do I know any of this is real?

Nothing on this site is typed in by hand. It reads the vault wallet's transactions straight from Solana, and every buy and drop links to its transaction on Solscan so you can check it yourself.

Someone messaged me about claiming a $POKEDROP card. Is that you?

Be careful. Cards are sent to the wallet in your meme post, so there is never anything to claim. Never connect your wallet, sign a transaction, pay a fee or share your seed phrase to get a card.
